Meet Jennifer Baxter

Jennifer joins Sotheby’s International Realty Canada following a distinguished career in
corporate marketing, including the last ten years with one of Canada’s leading banks. Her
extensive experience managing diverse client portfolios has honed her ability to understand and
anticipate client needs. With her deep expertise in strategic marketing, Jennifer is well-positioned
to use her skills to present homes attractively, drawing the right buyers, while also guiding
clients to properties that truly meet their needs.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication, Jennifer is
dedicated to guiding her clients seamlessly through their real estate journeys. A natural
relationship-builder, Jennifer understands the importance of strong collaboration and strives to

Originally from Toronto, Jennifer and her husband moved to Dundas, Ontario four years ago,
where they have come to deeply appreciate the region’s charm. Prior to Dundas, she had lived in
North York, North Toronto, Davisville Village, Leaside, and the Pape and Danforth areas, giving
her a broad perspective on Toronto's diverse neighborhoods.

With her experience living in both the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario, Jennifer

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking the Bruce Trail and exploring local events throughout
Southwestern Ontario. She is actively involved in her community, including her work with the
Rotary Club of Dundas and supporting local businesses. When she’s not visiting her grown
children and friends in Toronto, she’s often hosting them for a relaxing getaway from the city.
